Easy Recipe for Meatballs

This is a basic meatball recipe that I got from a close family member.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:1 lb ground beef

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup milk

1 egg

1/2 cup cracker crumbs

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:Directions- Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Shape meat balls into 2 balls (you can make them as big or small as you like).

NEXT: Slightly grease your baking pan. Bake meatballs at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes. They will be sort of greasy, so you will need to drain the fat off before serving.

Place meatballs on a nice serving tray and insert toothpicks into each of the meatballs for easier serving.
