You can reward your guests in several ways. One way is to offer a prize to the person who finishes first. Another idea is to have everyone to complete the word search and place them in a box or basket for a drawing at the end of the party. Or, you could give a time limit, and the first person to complete the word search could be offered a prize as well. Spruce up the presentation of the word search by printing your game on colored paper that matches your theme.

Once you have saved the file, locate where you saved it, and double click to open.
In order to print, open the downloaded file, and select the "Print" option from menu.
