Jesus Says Is A Fun Kids Game Played Like Simon Says

What could be better than Simon Says? Jesus Says!

Jesus Says is a variation of the classic party game Simon Says.

Have two groups line up facing each other. Have the designated speaker call out the commands starting each one with “Jesus Says”.

For example,” Jesus Says, hug your neighbor”. The members of the game follow the instructions of the speaker.

However, the speaker must say, “Jesus Says” before every command in order for the members to actually do what is said.

If the speaker does not say “Jesus Says” before the command, then the members should not perform the act, even if the speaker is acting it out.

Any player who fails to participate fully, or who performs a command that is not preceded by “Jesus Says”, is out of the game.

Continue playing until the last players are left. The final person(s) left are the winners.

• Hug your neighbor
• Shake hands with your neighbor
• Lift Holy hands
• March in place
• Say Hallelujah
• Clap your hands
• Stomp your feet
