Ready for a New Years Party? I am. Every year around this time, I start to get excited.

All of the stress and drama from the previous year will be gone and a new year of great potential is before me.

What a better way to bring in the New Year, than to celebrate by having a PARTY!

All the New Year's Eve parties I've attended have been held at a friend or family member's home. I've known some people to get hotel suites for the evening.

If you're planning a New Year's Eve Party, you'll need:

Snack foods and appetizers; Champaign or the drink of your choice; party hats; decorations (balloons & streamers); air horns or sirens; and maybe even some fireworks.

1.Plan ahead, have loads garbage bags on hand. Trash cans really overflow during these parties. Having the bags on hand will save you a messy hassle.

2. Again, plan ahead. Make sure you have plenty of toilet paper and some type of plumbing solution. No explanation necessary. Let's just say the trash cans aren't the only thing that can overflow.

3. As a responsible party host, you'll want to provide accommodations (couch, floor, or guest room) for anyone who is intoxicated by party's end.
